Fruit and vegetable supplier for Perth cafés
Café volumes don’t need a pallet, and most produce wholesalers make you feel like they wish they did. Swan Foods delivers three cartons as willingly as thirty, into the window before you open, with salad and herbs picked to still look right on Thursday.

Order what fits your cold room, not what fits our truck
A café’s constraint is space, not money. Ordering a 20 kg bag of onions to use four kilos of them is waste you pay for twice — once at the invoice and once in the bin. Our list is priced by the unit we actually deliver, so you can take a 10 kg box of Nadines and a single carton of cos without a minimum-line penalty.
Order as often as you like within your delivery days. Three small drops a week beats one big one when your fridge is under the bench.
Salad and herbs that survive to the end of the week
Leaf is where café produce usually falls over. It’s bought on Monday, looks fine on Tuesday and is unusable by Thursday, and the cost lands on your food margin. Bought on grade and delivered the morning it’s picked up at market, cos and parsley hold visibly longer — and if a week’s leaf isn’t right, we substitute rather than send it.
Washed salad mix, diced onion and mirepoix are cut to order on the morning of delivery for the days you’re short-staffed.
One contact who knows your order
You get the same person every week, not a call centre and not a rep who visits quarterly. They know your Saturday order is double, they know you want the smaller avocados, and they can put a credit through while you’re still on the phone.

Questions
Cafés — the things people ask
Is there a minimum order for a café?
The minimum is the same for every account, and it’s set low enough that a small café ordering a few cartons clears it comfortably. There’s no separate small-order surcharge and no delivery fee inside the Perth metro run.
Can I order a few times a week instead of one big drop?
Yes, and most cafés should. Choose the days you want when you open the account, order by the cut-off the night before each one, and change the pattern whenever your trade changes.
Can you deliver before we open?
The early window is 4am to 6am and the morning window is 6am to 9am. Cafés usually take the early one so the produce is in before service prep starts. If you need a tighter, fixed window every day, we can agree one.
Do you supply anything besides fruit and vegetables?
A short prepared list — washed salad mix, diced onion, mirepoix — plus free range eggs. We don’t pretend to be a full broadline supplier, and we’ll tell you plainly when something isn’t ours to sell.
