Hotel fruit and vegetable supplier, Perth

Multi-outlet hotels need three things a small supplier usually can’t hold together: the same spec every single day, dockets that reconcile against a purchase order, and a driver who knows which dock and which lift. Standing orders cover your base; you adjust for occupancy.

Standing orders with per-day quantities

Your breakfast covers don’t change much; your function schedule does. Set a standing order per delivery day for the base volume, then add to it as bookings firm up. Changes and skips run right up to the evening cut-off, so a cancelled function doesn’t become four cases of avocados nobody ordered.

Consistent spec across every outlet

When the same tomato has to work in a breakfast buffet, a room service club sandwich and a function canapé, variability costs more than price does. Buying one grade for every account is what makes that consistency possible — there’s no second-tier line for us to quietly fall back to when the market is tight.

If a spec genuinely can’t be met on a given morning, you get a call before we load, not a surprise at the dock.

Paperwork that adds up

Every docket carries your PO reference and itemises each line with its unit and growing region, so your food and beverage controller can reconcile without ringing us. Credits appear on the next invoice against the original reference.

Early delivery into the dock

The 4am to 6am window exists for hotels and bakeries. Our own drivers run a fixed route, which is how we can commit to a window rather than a day — and how the driver already knows the loading dock is off the rear lane and the code changed last month.

Questions

Hotels — the things people ask

Can you handle multiple outlets on one account?

Yes. Outlets can order separately against one account with their own PO references and their own delivery points, and consolidate onto a single invoice — or stay fully separate if your cost centres need that. Tell us the structure and we’ll set it up before your first delivery.

How do standing orders work for a hotel?

You set a base order per delivery day. It repeats automatically, and you add to it or skip it up to the evening cut-off. We email the order back the night before so whoever is on can check it against tomorrow’s covers.

Can you deliver early enough for breakfast prep?

The earliest window is 4am to 6am. If you need a tighter fixed slot inside that — the same twenty minutes every day — we agree it with you rather than promising a window we can’t hold.

Can we get 30 day terms?

14 and 30 day accounts are available subject to a credit check and trade references. We confirm what we can do in writing before your first invoice, and we don’t approve terms in software without a human looking at it.
